ตั้งแต่เดือน กรกฎาคมเป็นต้นมา บริษัท ลานนาเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ได้สนับสนุนให้พนักงานทุกคนจำนวนกว่า 1,100 คน ได้รับวัคซีนป้องกันการติดเชื้อ Covid-19 ทั้งวัคซีนหลักจากรัฐบาล และวัคซีน Sinopharm กว่า 800 ชุด ที่บริษัทจัดซื้อเองโดยตรง
ตามประกาศจากทางกระทรวงสาธารณสุขฉบับล่าสุด เพื่อเป็นการป้องกันความเสี่ยงจากเชื้อไวรัส โควิด-19 บริษัท ลานนาเกษตรอุตสาหกรรม จำกัด ได้มีการยกระดับการป้องกันฯ โดยได้มีการจัดหาชุดตรวจ ATK (Antigen Test Kit) ให้กับพนักงานกว่า 1,100 คน ประกอบด้วยบุคลากรที่ทำงานในรั้วบริษัทฯ รวมไปถึงผู้รับเหมาจากภายนอก เพื่อเป็นการคัดกรองเชิงรุกหาเชื้อ โควิด-19 ด้วยตนเอง
บริษัทฯ กำหนดให้ทำการตรวจ ATK เป็นประจำแก่พนักงาน และผู้ที่ทำงานอยู่ในโรงงานทุกคน โดยจะจัดให้มีการตรวจสัปดาห์ละ 1 ครั้ง จนกว่าสถานการณ์การติดเชื้อของจังหวัด เชียงใหม่ จะดีขึ้น
เริ่มตรวจครั้งแรกในวันที่ 20 กันยายน 2564
